The project involving the Eltham North Soccer Club Pavilion, Eltham North Cricket Club Pavilion, Eltham North Scout Hall, and Community Centre stands out as a career highlight for our team. Comprising four major buildings, this architecturally designed facility showcases the vision and creativity of the architect, elevating the standards for purpose-designed structures.

A notable feature of this project is the incorporation of energy-saving Ecotech composite roof linings. The use of Low Smoke Zero Halogen Cabling with complex cable routes, despite its challenges, was successfully installed. This achievement underscores our team’s capability to handle intricate and demanding projects, emphasizing our commitment to delivering high-quality results even in complex scenarios.

A standout feature of the revamped building was the access control system and energy management systems. 

A seamless integration of security alarms, security roller shutters, the activation of the Hot Water, Boiling Water and Air Conditioning (AC) systems. This entailed implementing a swipe card system to activate all components on entry and ceasing all systems while activation of security shutters and alarm on exit.
