This project involved a comprehensive transformation of the existing building, encompassing both extension and refurbishment. One of the primary aspects of this renovation was the upgrade of the mains and switchboard infrastructure, specifically tailored to accommodate a cutting-edge commercial kitchen facility.

A standout feature of the revamped building was the access control system and energy management systems. 

A seamless integration of security alarms, security roller shutters, the activation of the Hot Water, Boiling Water and Air Conditioning (AC) systems. This entailed implementing a swipe card system to activate all components on entry and ceasing all systems while activation of security shutters and alarm on exit.
